We offer a Basic Self Defense Seminar for groups of 5 or more. One day class that is 2hrs long.  This is a non strenuous situational class for those looking for the most basic way to defend yourself.  No previous experience or athleticism required.  Danzan Ryu Jujitsu is designed for defense against a larger opponent using leverage, balance, and technique so anyone regardless of age or athletic ability can make them work.
